- Description:
- Medal, Pin and Name Badge. 1 1/2" Gold medal with the inscription: "Republican National Convention. 1988. New Orleans." The medal hangs from a red, white and blue ribbon attached to a 1 1/4"x2" gold pin depicting an eagle holding a bundle of arrows with a flag in the background. Above the eagle the pin bears an engraved blue enameled plate that reads "Finance Committee." An engraved plate with Lionel Hampton's name hangs from the pin. This 5"x2" item is inside a blue cardboard presentation box with no cover. A label glued to the back of the box reads "Finance Committee. Badge Code: II: A. BD. Dir/Eagle/Pres. Trust. Lionel Hampton"
